GPSS · SMARTER BUSINESS DECISIONS
What are your processing fees really costing you?
Understand your statement. Find costs to challenge, savings to investigate and losses to track.
Check your savings now.
The starting numbers below are examples—replace them with your own figures before submitting. Use a recent full month’s statement. All calculations are preliminary and use published pricing examples—not an industry average, guaranteed savings or an approved GPSS quote. The report may show higher costs.
Free report review: provide contact details to finalize and send your report to GPSS. Create a free GPSS business sign-in with the same email to download your saved report. You can also join our business directory for free.
Never read a processing statement? Start here.
- Find the statement month, total card sales and transaction count. Use sales volume, not your net bank deposit.
- Find all processing charges. Fees may be deducted daily and billed monthly—do not count the same charge twice.
- Locate the fee detail: interchange, network fees, processor charges and recurring services. A quoted markup is not your total rate.
- Leave anything you cannot identify blank. We will list what GPSS needs to investigate.
Your statement is a starting point—not proof that a charge is unnecessary. No file upload or automatic statement extraction is included.
What’s behind the estimate?
Pricing snapshot checked 2026-10-24. This is a fixed comparison dataset, not a live pricing feed. Published prices can change; verify source terms before choosing a plan. There is no single correct rate for every industry.

James Shepherd’s ISO Amp offers deeper statement analysis and proposal tools. This calculator is an independent GPSS tool, not an ISO Amp integration or a North approval. For a reliable proposal, GPSS must confirm card mix, fees, contracts and provider eligibility.
