PRIVACY NOTICE
Your request and your information.
When you submit a consultation request, GPSS collects your name, email, optional phone number, location, requested service, contact preference, and project description. These details are stored to review your request and follow up with you.
Appointments
Appointment requests store your contact details, meeting type, requested agent, preferred time, questionnaire answers, status and meeting instructions. The company owner and assigned active associate can review your request. Signed-in members can see their own history. Guests receive a private access link; anyone holding that link can view and cancel that appointment, so keep it private. Calendar downloads contain the meeting topic, time and confirmed meeting details. Requests are not added to unrelated marketing lists.
How information is used
GPSS uses your details to understand your needs and discuss appropriate services. Before sharing your request with an independent contractor or service partner, GPSS will discuss that referral with you. Submitting a request does not enroll you in an unrelated marketing list.
GPSS Community
Community profiles, posts, replies, reactions, connection requests, private messages and reports are stored separately from your member records. Directory visibility is optional. Signed-in participants can see group posts; the Team Hub is restricted to approved associates and the owner. Messages are available to participants; the owner may review a specifically reported message. Login contact details are not shown in the directory. See the community guidelines for controls and retention information.
Optional member and visitor updates
The notification preference center stores your email, optional mobile number, selected topics and channels, verification status, consent history and device push subscription. This directory is available only to the company owner. Each browser or device must separately allow push. Private account alerts require member sign-in and contain a generic sign-in message; balances and personal details stay in your account. Email and text delivery providers and device push services process messages. Email unsubscribe links and text STOP requests turn off the relevant optional messages. Visit notification preferences to manage choices. Required account verification and password recovery emails are separate. Contact GPSS to request deletion of your subscriber record and device subscriptions.
Owner notification alerts
When configured, GPSS sends the owner a limited inquiry alert through its email and text providers. Alerts contain a reference, requested service and a private workspace link. Your full answers and contact details remain in the protected back office.
Associate applications
Applications include your contact details, location, service interests, experience, and referring associate when applicable. Only the owner can review applications and approve recruit access. Applications are used for recruitment and onboarding.
AI assistants
When activated, AI assistants send the conversation you submit to our AI service provider to generate replies, after you agree in the chat form. The associate coach also receives a limited summary of pipeline records permitted by your team role, without lead contact details or conversation notes. GPSS does not save chat transcripts in its database, and requests ask the AI provider not to store generated responses. Provider processing and retention policies still apply. Do not submit sensitive information. Chats remain in the current page session and clear when you leave or start a new conversation.
Optional Facebook sign-in
When available, Facebook sign-in requests your basic profile and email to create or access a GPSS member account. GPSS stores your name, email and an app-specific identity reference. Meta access tokens are used on the server to verify sign-in and are not stored. New members verify their email with GPSS. Business descriptions, photos and Page information are entered by you; GPSS does not request permission to post, message or manage your Facebook Page. Existing GPSS accounts are not automatically linked by matching email. To request removal of your Facebook connection or account information, use our contact form and select “Not sure,” then describe your deletion request. GPSS will verify account ownership before acting. You can also remove GPSS from your Facebook Apps and Websites settings.
Your choices
You may request a correction or deletion, or ask GPSS to stop follow-up, by replying to the GPSS representative who contacts you. You can also submit a request through the consultation form and select “Not sure” to describe your privacy request.
Other services
External service links, partner enrollments, and independent contractor agreements have their own privacy terms. Avoid including account credentials, payment details, identity documents, or confidential legal information in this site’s inquiry form.
Contact GPSSGPSS Rewards Club
When you join, GPSS stores your signed-in account identifier, contact email, name, optional location and goals, terms acceptance, marketing preference, referral relationship, points ledger, and reward request history. These records are available to you and the GPSS owner. Associates cannot access the member directory. Referrers see counts without referred members’ contact information. Membership preferences can be changed in your dashboard; contact GPSS to request account closure or corrections. Older member-news preferences do not enroll you in the new notification system. Choose your channels and topics in the notification preference center.
Optional Yazing purchase points
If you opt in, GPSS stores your participation status and timestamp, plus the merchant, purchase date, Yazing transaction reference, reported subtotal, review outcome and point adjustment for each claim. These records are available to you and the GPSS owner, not associates. GPSS uses the information to verify Yazing-reported purchases and maintain your points ledger. Opting in is separate from marketing consent, and you may opt out in your member account. See the Yazing points terms.
