  3. Turn on Open as Web App if shown.
  4. Tap Add. Find the GPSS umbrella on your home screen.

  1. Open GPSS in Chrome.

  4. Confirm. You can also use the installation button at the bottom of this page when your browser offers it.

Your installed app uses the live GPSS website and receives website updates. It may ask you to sign in again on this device. Use the internet to load live account information and submit records. Enable the Offline Field Desk on a trusted device to keep capturing without a signal.

The Offline Field Desk can reopen without internet after its files are cached. It encrypts saved prospects, leads, service requests, recruit applications and sales drafts on your device. Unlock it with its separate passphrase, then review and sync after signing in online. Add the Field Desk itself to your home screen for a shortcut that opens straight to offline capture. Finish setup in that installed app, save a test draft, switch off Wi-Fi and mobile data, and reopen it before your first field visit. Use the same site address: native and custom domains keep separate device storage. Other website forms are not automatically queued. Open the website in your device’s browser if an in-app social-media browser does not offer installation.
